Ross Ballard is founder and CEO of MountainWhispers, a leading producer of audio books. MountainWhispers has produced Kegs of Powder, Heroes & Hell’yuns, Daughter of the Elm, Spirits!, and Conduct to the Prejudice. Ross is one of the leading instructors in the technology block within the Public Safety Executive Leadership Program. He spent seven years as an instructor and consultant for the ExecuTrain Corporation. Prior to joining ExecuTrain, he served as Lab Manager and instructor for Rollins College Graduate Business School.
Ross has over fifteen years experience in information system architecture and system analysis and design and has served as a consultant to several fortune 500 companies. Ross served as an instructor at Memphis State University. He is a member of the North American Timber Framers Guild, the Audio Publishers Association, and the United Mine Workers of America. Ross is a contributing writer for Goldenseal Magazine. He received his undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University and his graduate degree in Education from Antioch/New England Graduate School.
