Chambers, Teresa
Teresa Chambers devoted nearly 28 years to law enforcement service, six of those years as a chief of police of two major organizations. In addition to her law enforcement experience, Teresa brings 26 years of teaching experience to the classroom.
Specializing in leadership training, she is an experienced, confident public speaker, skilled at dealing effectively with diverse audiences. Using adult learning principles and a commonsense approach, she brings the classroom alive in an interactive yet comfortable environment.
Chambers received her Bachelor’s Degree in Law Enforcement / Criminology from the University of Maryland University College and a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a Concentration in Community Development from The Johns Hopkins University. Chambers is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the FBI’s prestigious National Executive Institute. She owns and operates “Mid-Atlantic Leadership,” offering motivational presentations and leadership training.
