About Our Programs
Public Safety has always been a challenging field. These days, the challenges are growing exponentially. Today's leaders must have the skills to address current critical issues and the many uncertainties of tomorrow.
Our goal at DPSL is to provide public safety leaders the best that higher education has to offer. Through our programs -- which include the Police Executive Leadership Program (PELP), the Public Safety Aspiring Leaders Program, and the Intelligence Analysis Program— we are preparing all facets of public safety professionals to make significant strides in their careers, as well as vital contributions to our field, communities, and the world.
All of our programs are designed to help busy professionals balance work, families and studies to attain their life and career goals. Students come first; everything else follows. Keeping our philosophy that simple has allowed us to stay focused on what really matters – individuals and communities. After all, when our students are successful, we are. Because of our exemplary faculty and contemporary curriculum, coursework is immediately relevant to our students, allowing them to reap professional development benefits long before graduation.
Please contact us if you are interested in learning more about any of our programs of study, initiatives or research.
You serve our communities. We look forward to serving you.
Sincerely,
